Our Infrastructure

Viaana fresh boasts a state-of-the-art processing facility designed to meet the highest hygiene and food safety standard. our factory operates with modern equipment, automated and semi-automated handling systems, and strict quality checks at every stage to ensure consistent purity, freshness, and taste in every product.

 

Quality & Hygiene

The entire plant follows rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols automated with a SCADA based CIP system, and state of the art lab facility with all modern testing equipment designed to test milk and finished products to maintain superior quality standards.

 

Technology & Capacity

Our central milk process plant is equipped with PID based advance pasteurizer and homogenizer which is responsible for pre-processing requirement of the plant which has the capacity of processing 200 kl of milk per day.

 

The paneer and curd production unit is semi-automated with PLC based PHE and 10 min holding tube to maintaining consistent quality while preserving nutrients. We also have the packing infrastructure that allow us to deliver high quality of paneer in various 1formats like thermoforming paneer and vacuum pack paneer, Buket pack curd, and Polly pack curd We have the capacity of producing 10-ton paneer per day and 10-ton curd per day.

 

The butter and ghee production unit equipped with PID based cream pasteurizer and CBMM which give excellent quality and enhance the self-life of the product we also has very as packing option available for ghee like carton pack, tin pack and bucket pack we have the capacity of producing 10-ton butter as well as 10-ton ghee per day.

 

In Viaana fresh we have Nosal type milk and whey powder plant equipped with PLC based semi-automated system this system allows for precise control and monitoring of each process at every level and also nano filtration unit specially for whey powder our plant has capacity of producing 10-ton SMP or whey powder per day.

Standard operating procedures are followed for every process, from receiving milk at the dock to loading finished goods into the vehicles, so there is no compromise at any step. Our infrastructure also includes three milk collection and chilling center first At Madgi, Bhandara with the capacity of handling 50 kl milk per day second at Garra, Balaghat with the capacity of handling of 50 kl milk per day thread at Khadkari, Balaghat with a capacity of handling 20 kl milk per day.
