In Viaana fresh, we have a Nozzle type milk and whey powder plant equipped with PLC based semi-automated system. This system allows for precise control and monitoring of each process at every level. We also have a nano filtration unit specially for whey powder. Our plant has a capacity of producing 10-ton SMP (Skimmed Milk Powder) or whey powder per day.
